As previously stated, educational materials and guides will continuously become available or updated as WIDIA grows in membership and experience. As currently stands, there will be three categories of documents displayed under 'Navigation':
EDUxx - These documents represent educational material and are intended for all readers, regardless of affiliation. They contain information about the EVE Online client, game mechanics, community and tactics that should be useful for anyone.
EOMxx - Establishment Of Mindset papers are required reading for all WIDIA members, since they represent the core principles of the corporation as well as provide guidance on the mental and emotional environment they are experiencing.
Unlabeled - There are a few pages that don't fit the aboce two, these will be displayed without a tag. These are usually directed towards the public.

WIDIA goes International
When [WIDIA] was formed, I've made clear that I want it to be international.
Ladies, gentlemen and capsuleers, please welcome our newest member:
Ricardo Snoek, from the low security region of The Netherlands ;)
To those of you wondering why the big fanfare, I owe a short explanation. When I started WIDIA, I laid down one rule above all: I want an international corp.I'll go firther. I want the corp to cover all timezones, so when someone logs on, any time of the day, there's like 10 or more people to hang out with. I have a continuous bad experience with one-language corps / guilds / whatever. With a few exceptions, these always crumble and leave a bad taste in the members' mouth. So the corp I try to build here has to be one that unites people with its own culture rather than adopting one.
So, let's welcome our new members, wherever they are from, with the warmest welcome they've ever got :)
Okay, that was a bit over the top. But I really need to lay down what's tolerated and what's not. It'll be a corp sheet most likely. Until then, fly deadly!

Introducing Superstructure Exposure Service[WIDIA] to the Public
Welcome, new readers or prospective corp members!
The purpose of this blog is to provide you with all the required information that you might need during your career in [WIDIA].
What is WIDIA?
In the real world, widia is a cobalt-carbide metal alloy, that is frequently used in the industry to cut hard materials. It is easily able to slice through hardened steel and ceramics alike. How does this has to do with an EVE Online corporation named Superstructure Exposure Service? Well, if you think about it, spaceships are covered with thick armor out of hardened metal alloys. Underneath the armor platings lie the ship's hull, or superstructure, and in order to expose it you'll probably need a tool made of widia to remove the armor platings... Okay, Enough fooling around. [WIDIA] is a group of enthusiastic people who will go out of their way to get you acqainted with the ropes of EVE, and help you have fun in a game where nobody cen really tell you what to do or what's best for you.
Why are you using a blog for this?
In my experience, many people will try to find information about recruiting corporations before they join up. The blog is a tool to go out in the open and say 'hey, we're gonna teach you if you're a newbie'.
How experienced are you and how long have you been playing?
I am a combat pilot for about two years and will forever be one. I like to blow up things, and my corporation will reavolve around this. Truth is, there are many areas that I have limited experience in. I have, however the sense and merit to try new things, and myself and the corp will help you with whatever you wish to try. I have a fairly wide lexical knowledge about the game, and enjoy training people.
What is the purpose of the corp?
Essentially, I want people to have fun in EVE. I can't teach you to be a PvP god or a cutthroat trader, but I can show you how can you have fun about it. EVE is more real than anything I've played with before, and I want people to share that experience with each other. We are also actively seeking out people in lack of a challenge and try to teach them how to train people. If you are a carebear looking to grow some teeth, or a wolf yearning for more fat, or a bitter old veteran that misses the old days, you're probably in the right place.
Do you have sovereignity or other corp assets?
As of this writing, no. I have no plans for ruling a system, but I do have plans on building a warchest of expendable and available corp assets which can be used for the variety of activities we will perform. We will hold regular lessons to our members over comms, and will have regular practice runs in place once we have the numbers.
Okay, I'm interested, where can I contact you?
Just drop an EVEmail or join Nictus Hunwing channel ingame. The former is more effective.
